COMPOSITION IN 1 TEASPOONFUL: 3,4 g Psyllium Husk (Plantago ovata husk) powder.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
For adults: mix 1-3 teaspoons 1-3 times daily in 2-2.5 dl of cold milk, juice or water.
Drink the mixture immediately. Make sure you consume plenty of fluids.
If you are taking medication, take the preparation 2-3 hours apart.
SIDE EFFECTS, CONTRAINDICATIONS:
