Heat a small amount of oil enough for a single body massage in a stainless steel pot to 36-40°C, and massage gently into the skin. After an hour, wipe off any remaining oil with a clean, dry cloth or towel, or shower with lukewarm water.
For external use only! Use on intact, undamaged skin only! Do not use if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients of the product! In case of skin irritation, wash off the oil with lukewarm soapy water. In case of eye contact, wash with plenty of water! Close cap carefully after use! Keep out of reach of children! The oil may permanently discolour light coloured fabrics.
